8. Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Contract Precedence

These Terms constitute a general agreement between users and Cognizance Processing (Pty) Ltd. For enterprise customers, the specific terms of any separate written agreement or contract between your organization and Cognizance Processing (Pty) Ltd ("Enterprise Agreement") will take precedence over any conflicting terms in these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription terms, payment schedules, cancellation procedures, and refund policies specifically negotiated in such Enterprise Agreements.

8.2 Subscription Terms

In the absence of a separate Enterprise Agreement, your Keystone subscription will continue until terminated. To use the Services, you must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

8.3 Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise specified in an Enterprise Agreement, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

8.4 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified in an Enterprise Agreement, as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8.5 Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, subject to the terms of any applicable Enterprise Agreement, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

9. Pricing and Payment

All fees quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be charged according to relevant tax laws.
